Warranty
LIQUIDATION GROUP and manufacturers will repair or replace any product that is defective in
material or workmanship, for as long as the original purchaser owns it. This warranty is subject to
limitations.  The warranty coverages are described as follows:

Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Products made by Mayline Group. This includes furniture made of veneer and laminate. For example:
executive desks, reception desks, conference tables, cabinets and bookcases. This warranty is subject
to limitations, exclusions and other provisions detailed below.

10 Year Casegoods warranty.
This includes furniture made of laminate and veneer. For example: executive desks, reception desks,
conference tables, cabinets and bookcases. Seating has 5 year limited warranty. These products are
warranted from the original date of purchase date and to the original purchaser for normal commercial
usage, defined as a standard forty-hour work week and by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less.

Liquidation Group will, at our discretion, repair or replace to the original purchaser, any product that is
defective in materials or workmanship given normal use and care of single shift service, standard
commercial usage, defined as a standard 8-hour workday, 5 days a week. Variations occurring in wood,
leather and other natural materials are inherent to their character and are not considered defects.

Exclusions:
Damage caused by negligence, misuse, abuse or alteration by the purchaser.
Damage caused by shipping, by freight carrier in-transit which will be handled by Freight Damage Policy.
Modifications or attachments to the product.
Products that were not installed or used in accordance with product instructions and warnings.
Products used for rental purposes.
Normal wear and tear.
Labor, damage by assembly, installation, attachments, accident, vandalism, acts of nature or any other
event beyond the control of Liquidation Group.
Cosmetic damage that may result from normal use.
Liability for incidental or consequential damage.
The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from the use of the product.

Shipping or Freight Damage Guarantee
If the item is found damaged by freight or shipping, we will do our best to replace the damaged item
immediately as long as all steps in our Damaged Shipment policy are followed. Please see our Damaged
